fs is an Estonian poet and a member of Estonian Writers’ Union.

He was born on October 17, 1971.

fs has been graduated from the University of Tartu as an art historian (1999).

Currently employed at the Estonian Writers' Union magazine Looming (Creation) as an editor of literary criticism.

He has published three collections of poetry – the last of them is titled 2004. On one hand it’s a reference to George Orwell, from the other hand it points to the year of releasing the book. fs emphasises that his texts are about our contemporary time and common persons.

fs has published poetry, short prose and literary criticism in the major Estonian cultural publications (Looming, Vikerkaar etc.).

Some of his poems have been translated into French, Swedish, Polish, Finnish and Latvian.
