Biography

Born 12th of April 1976 in Prague in the Czech Republic

Education:
Jaroslav Jezek’s Conservatoire – subject Song text and screenplay writing
Czech Agriculture University – subject European agrarian diplomacy

Occupation:
Proof reader in the main daily newspaper Mlada fronta DNES. She lives in Prague.

Scholarships and prizes:
2001 – guest atelier of Unabhängiges Literaturhaus NÖ in Krems in Austria
2002 – Hermann Kesten scholarship in Nürnberg in Germany
2003 – the Hubert Burda Prize for young Eastern European poets
2004 – scholarship in Künstlerhaus Schloss Wiepersdorf in Germany
