Farinaz Aryanfar was born in 1984 in Tehran, Iran. She is a poet, a writer and a human rights activist. She has worked in different human rights organizations since she was sixteen. She learned reading and writing when she was barely five years old and her passion was to write whatever was on her mind since then. She learned to play the piano when she was nine, and this way her heart became as tender as a feeling can get.

Presently, she is a student of International Business and she also works at the Amnesty International (Students department in Holland).
