Celestial view

As I sat to draw my celestial view,
I noticed that my colors were too few.

I decided to thus draw it simple and gray,
and in my mind I'd let the colors play,
a symphonic mélange of shades and lines,
green as pine and red as wines.

When I'm done I take a step behind,
and this knowledge I then find:
In bright colors or just in black and white,
the shadows are as important as the light!
