Tobi Cogswell lives in Southern California.  During the day she focuses on numbers.  Evenings she reads at various venues in the Los Angeles area.  Her poems have appeared in Poetic Diversity, Literary Angles, the Anthology of Poetic Diversity, Red River Review, Shemom, Andwerve, San Gabriel Valley Poetry Quarterly, Hot Metal Press and Subtle Tea, as well as forthcoming in Eclipse and Los Angeles Review.

She has one chapbook entitled Sanity Among the Wildflowers and another entitled Hostage Negotiation in Negative-Land.
